Saint Fructuosus of Tarragona and companions
In Tarraco (now Tarragona), city of Hispania Citerior (now Spain), passion of the holy martyrs Fructuosus, Bishop, Augurius and Eulogius, his deacons, who, at the time of the emperors Valerian and Gallienus, after have confessed their faith in the presence of the Procurator Emilianus, were taken to the amphitheatre and there, in the presence of the faithful and with clear voice, the Bishop prayed for the peace of the Church consummating his martyrdom in the middle of the fire, kneeling and in prayer.

Saint Agnes
Memory of St. Agnes, Virgin and martyr, who while still a teenager, offered in Rome the Supreme witness of faith, dedicating the title of chastity with martyrdom. She won victory on her age and on the tyrant, aroused great admiration to the people and acquired a greater glory to the Lord. Today marks the day of her burial (s. III/IV).
