• Saint Dominic of Guzman

  Memory of saint Dominic, priest, that being Canon of Osma became humble Minister of preaching in countries shaken by the Albigensian heresy and lived in voluntary poverty, always talking with God or about God. Forwarded a new way of spreading the faith, founded the order of preachers, to renew the Church Apostolic way of life, sending his brothers who surrendered at the service of others with prayer, study, and the Ministry of the word. His death took place in Bologna, on 6 August.
