Saint Maurice d'Agaune and companions

In Agaune (today Saint Maurice d´Agaune), in the Valais region, in the country of the Helvetii, holy martyrs Maurice, Exupery, Candide, who, being soldiers, says saint Eucherius of Lyon, were slaughtered for their faith in Christ, in the time of Emperor Maximian, along with companions of the same legion of Tebea and veteran Victor, thus illustrating the Church with its glorious passion (c. 302).
