Saint Ermengol of Urgel

In Urgel, in the Spanish region of Catalonia, Saintt Ermengol or Ermengaudo, Bishop, one of the illustrious pastors who cared for restoring the Church in the lands rescued from the yoke of the Saracens. He built a bridge putting materials and workmanship, but sliding atop, he died between stones for skull fracture. Roman martyrology
