In Freising, Bavaria, saint Corbinian, ordained bishop, he obtained abundant fruits preaching the Gospel by the Bavarian region. He died of natural causes and was buried in the monastery of Meran. His relics were transferred to Freising the 765 by Bishop Aribo, biographer of Corbinian. Roman martyrology
