Blessed Nicolas Savouret

Against Rochefort, on the coast of France, blessed Nicolas Savouret, of the order of Friars Minor Conventual, and Claudio Beguignot, Carthusian, priests and martyrs, who were locked in a converted into a prison ship, during the French Revolution, out of hatred to the priesthood, who sickened and died.
