Saints Protomártires of la Iglesia Romana

Saints Protomartyrs of the Church Roman, who, accused of having burnt the city, by order of the Emperor Nero ones were killed after cruel torments, others covered with the skins of beasts, delivered to rabid dogs, and others, nailed to crosses, burned so that, to the fall of the day, they alumbrasen the night.
