Saint Samuel prophet

Commemoration of saint Samuel, Prophet, who called by God, even as a child, later was judge in Israel and, by divine command, he anointed Saul as King over his people, but rejected by him for his lack of fidelity, he conferred also the actual anointing David, whose offspring were born Christ.
