Saint Rupert of Worms

In Salzburg, in Bavaria, St. Rupert, Bishop, who being originally from the region of Worms, at the request of Duke Teodon addressed to the ancient town of Juvavum and Bavaria, built a church and a monastery, where he was in the front as Bishop and Abbot, and from there spread the Christian faith (c. 718).
