Saint Felix of Nola

In the city of Nola in Campania (today Italy), saint Felix, presbyter, who, according to St. Paulinus, while raging persecution was imprisoned and subjected to cruel abuse. Restored peace, he was able to return between his own and lived in poverty until a venerable old age, as undefeated confessor of the faith (s. III/IV). Roman martyrology
