Saint-Víctor, Estercacio and Antinogenes, martyrs. The three, natural of Mérida, Badajoz, and converted to the faith by the Bishop of that city. Victor was a military man and charged of guarding some Christians, condemned to the torment, let them flee and was submitted to the prefect confessing Christian and soon to die in place. Indeed, the magistrate sent him to behead. Roman martyrology
