In Dorostoro, in Moesia, saint Emilian, martyr, who, disregarding the edict of Julian the apostate and the threats of his vicar Catulin, collapsed the altar of idols to prevent the sacrifices, so he was thrown into a fiery furnace, thus reaching the Palm of martyrdom. Roman martyrology
