Saint Dominic de la Calzada

In the region of Castile, in Spain, in the town that was later honored with his name, saint Dominic de la Calzada, presbyter, who ordered bridges and roads slatted for use of the Jacobean pilgrims and, moved by his great mercy, he also built a hospital for pilgrims, provided with rooms designed to help them.
