In Córdoba, in the Spanish province of Andalusia, holy martyrs [Saint Anastasius], priest, [Saint Felix], monk, and Saint Digna, Virgin, who died the same day. Anastasius, by confessing his Christian faith to Muslim judges, was slain, and with him died also Felix, in the region of the Gaetuli, in North Africa, who had spread the Catholic faith and monastic life through Asturias. Digna, still young, by having chided the judge for the death of the previous two, was cutthroat immediately. Roman martyrology
