In Ethiopia, saint Caleb or Elesbaan, King of Ethiopia, who underwent the enemies of Christ in retaliation for the martyrs of Nagran and, reportedly, in the time of Emperor Justin sent to Jerusalem his Royal Crown, living then as a monk, in response to a vow which had made, until he left to meet the Lord (c. 535).
