Memory of the Saints Andrew Kim Taegon, priest, Pablo Chöng Hasaintg and companions, martyrs in Korea. They Revere this day in common celebration all the three hundred martyrs who testified boldly Christian faith fervently introduced by some lay people and then fed and reaffirmed by the preaching and the celebration of the sacraments through the missionaries in that country. All these athletes of Christ - three bishops, eight priests and laymen remaining, married or not, elders, youth and children, joined by the torture, enshrined with their precious blood the first fruits of the Church in Korea (1839-1867).
