Blessed Ossana of Kotor

April 27th XVI century

In Kotor (Cattaro), in Montenegro, blessed Catalina, Virgin, who, baptized in the Orthodox Church, joined in the order of penance of Saint Domingo, she took the name of Ossana and lived as a recluse for fifty-one years, delivered to contemplation, and interceded for the Christian people in the siege by the Turks.
