Blessed Luigi of Casaurea (Archangel) Palmentieri

In Naples, in Italy, blessed Luigi of Casaurea (Archangel) Palmentieri, priest of the order of the Friars Minor. Driven with the ardor of charity towards the poor of Christ, he instituted two congregations, namely, the brothers of Charity and the Franciscan Sisters of Saint Elizabeth. Roman martyrology
