Blessed Columba Marmion
In the monastery of saint Benito de Maredsous, Belgium, blessed Columba (Joseph) Marmion, who, born in Ireland, and ordained a priest, and became Abbot of the Benedictine monastery, where he distinguished himself as the father of the monastery, guide of souls on the way of Holiness and for its rich in spiritual doctrine and eloquence.
